All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. By use of your ticket, you consent to any facility rules that may apply. Violation of facility rules or regulations can result in removal from the property, the attraction, revocation of your ticket without the refund of any portion of the ticket price, and prosecution. In using your ticket, you assume all risks incidental to the attraction to which your ticket admits you and waive any rights against The Fun Spot, the issuer, it’s agents, management, employees, and performers which you may have arising out of any accident, personal injury or loss, contraction of any disease or infection, and damage to property. Also, by the use of your ticket you consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the attraction this ticket admits you to. The Fun Spot Management has the right to refuse admission to any patron for any attraction at The Fun Spot. Management has the right to designate where ticket holder is to be seated. Time and Prices are subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final.  The Fun Spot will not offer refunds, credits, exchanges or returns for any reason.
Note: You can cover your event ticket purchases via a third-party insurance policy that will be offered to you at checkout. This policy could offer you a refund if you are unable to use your ticket because of a covered peril.

PRIVACY POLICY
The Fun Spot respects your privacy and we do not share, rent, sell, or lease your information to any third party. The details containing your electronic payment are securely transmitted from our payment gateway to our credit card processor for the sole purpose of authorizing your transaction so that we may provide our goods and services to you, the client.
By using the The Fun Spot’s website, you consent to our use of your information as described in this privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time without advance notice. Should a new policy go into effect, we will post it on this site, and the revised policy will apply only to information collected thereafter. You also consent to receive promotional and informational emails from the Fun Spot.  You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
