Is there an admission fee to come into the building?
Parents are always welcome to watch for free. If you’d like to participate, you can purchase admissions for the activities you want to do.
Do toddlers and adults have to pay?
Anyone who wants to utilize the attractions will need to purchase an admission.
Can you bring food or drinks into The Fun Spot?
No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the building unless you have a scheduled birthday party reservation in one of our party rooms. With a reservation, you may bring cake, cupcakes, and ice cream.
Can you bring in cake/cupcakes/ice cream without a birthday party reservation?
Only birthday parties with a reservation in one of our party rooms may bring cake, cupcakes, and ice cream.
Do you need a reservation to have a birthday party?
Yes—birthday parties require a reservation. No outside food, cake, cupcakes, ice cream, or presents can be brought into the building without a reservation.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. We offer 20% off admissions purchased when a valid military ID is presented.
Do you accept expired coupons?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept expired coupons.
Do you offer group rates?
We offer group rates for organizations with 25 people or more.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards. We also have an ATM available.
We do not accept personal checks.
Do the lasers in laser tag hurt?
The lasers are low-power beams. They are completely safe and will not hurt or injure your eyes.
How old do you have to be for laser tag?
Usually by age 5, children are big enough to wear the vest, independent enough to play on their own, and comfortable in the arena (lit with LED lighting).
Do you need sneakers for the go karts?
You can’t ride go karts with bare feet—some type of footwear is required.
Sneakers are required for the Ninja Challenge course. Socks are required for the playground and roller skating.
How tall do you have to be to drive the go karts?
• Main track driver: must be 54″ tall
• Double kart passenger: at least 36″ tall
To drive a double kart you must be 16+ with a valid license.
What is the dress code?
Please keep it clean. No offensive or indecent clothing is allowed.
